Ken leads our data analytics team, with expertise in BIM and Digital Twin technologies. He holds a Ph.D. in Urban Systems from NYU and is currently an assistant professor at Pusan National University.

Head of Data Forecasting
John leads the forecasting of the next potential market. He holds a Ph.D. in Housing Economics from the University of New South Wales, where his research focused on developing a housing valuation model.

Maria is in charge of the overall product design. She holds a BFA degree in graphic design from the University of Michigan and an MPS degree in Interactive Design from NYU Tisch School of the Arts.

Jay, an AICP-certified professional, leads urban research & intelligence for informed real estate investment decisions. He holds a Ph.D. in Urban Planning & Development from USC, and is currently an assistant professor at Chung-Ang University.
